Description
Florina is a city and the capital of the homonymous prefecture, in Western Macedonia, in Greece and it’s built at an altitude of 687 meters.

We are on the Hill of Agios Panteleimon of Florina, the filmmaker and his family enter the Xenia Hotel. Then, they visit a local restaurant where they have lunch. While the filmmaker, through the verdant landscape, gives us general shots of the city, we see the two Middle Schools, one for boys and one for girls.

The tour continues on the opposite hill, at the foot of mount 1033, west of the city, in the precinct of the Agricultural School of Florina, where the Zoo of Florina is located. The zoo was founded in 1967 and operated in 1969. A man watches a little deer and another one has visited the park with his dog.

A sign at the entrance of the Ruminant area, on which are listed all the species of the specific category that are housed in it. We see two wild boars in their cage, a crowd of visitors in front of the cage of a little bear. The filmmaker's father enters the area of ​​the birds. A close-up shot of a very cute little deer.

We see various species of birds, among them a peacock, two common cranes (Grus grus), some little parrots, two storks as well as a shady kiosk for visitors and the entrance to the structures of the Agricultural School.

Two pink twin towers, a trademark of the Municipality of Florina, which functioned as the dovecote of the School, the stone fountain and buildings of the complex with the special architecture.
