Description
The film opens with shots of a car on a country road recording the natural landscape and then we are transported to the archeological site of Mycenae.

We are watching a group of visitors as they pass through the main entrance of the Acropolis of Mycenae, the Gate of the Lions (13th century BC) and then we have shots from the Grave Circle Α, where the royal cemetery of the Mycenaean rulers was in the 16th century BC.

The tour continues at the Mycenaean Palace where the filmmaker's companion stands at the Cyclopean Walls and then at the underground reservoir of the Perseia Fountain where we can see the arch of its northeastern extension.

At the end of the film we pass through the North Gate with last shots from the Grave Circle.
