Description
We are in Trikala, a town in western Thessaly, Greece. The city is crossed by the river Litheos, which is a tributary of Penius. It is located very close to Meteora and Kalampaka and the mountainous mass of southern Pindos.

The film opens with the Litheos River, which runs through the town’s center and divides the town in two, and the Central Bridge, which connects the central square with the pedestrian Asklipios street. The bridge was built in 1886 by French engineers. The shot gets wider and we see the building structure of that era, cars as well as the hotel "ACHILLEION". The filmmaker shows us one more shot of the river and then an elderly man on a donkey. The film closes with the women washing their clothes in the river.
